to design, implement, and manage learning initiatives that enhance employee skills, leadership capability, and organizational performance. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in training strategy, stakeholder management, and delivering impactful learning programs across levels.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across functions and levels
Design and implement Learning & Development strategies aligned with organizational goals for business as well as culture of the organisation.
Develop and manage technical, behavioral, leadership, and functional training programs
Partner with business leaders to identify capability gaps and learning priorities
Manage end-to-end training life-cycle: planning, execution, evaluation, and reporting
Facilitate internal training programs and coordinate with external trainers and vendors
Create and manage learning calendars, budgets, and training MIS reports
Measure training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and ROI metrics
Drive leadership development, succession planning, and high-potential programs
Support on boarding and induction programs for new hires
Promote digital learning, LMS usage, and innovative learning methodologies
Ensure compliance with mandatory and statutory training requirements
Key Requirements:
6-7 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Organizational Development
Strong knowledge of Learning & Development frameworks and adult learning principles
Expertise in Training Needs Analysis, instructional design, and program evaluation
Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills
Education
MBA / Master's degree in Human Resources or related field
L&D or Talent Development certifications (preferred)
