Learning & Development (L&D) Manager



About the Role



We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Manager with strong

expertise in US Accounting and Tax who can design, deliver, and manage

training programs for our employees. The role requires hands-on delivery of

technical training sessions in US GAAP, Federal & State Taxation, Corporate

Tax, Individual Tax, and related accounting practices.

You will play a critical role in upskilling employees, ensuring that our teams are

equipped with the knowledge and skills required to meet client expectations in the

global outsourcing space.

Key Responsibilities



? Training Delivery

? Conduct virtual training sessions for employees on US Accounting

standards, GAAP, Federal & State Tax regulations, Corporate &

Individual Taxation.

? Train new hires and existing staff on technical skills, client-specific processes,

and compliance updates.

? Provide one-on-one or group training where required.

? Training Design & Development

? Develop structured training materials, case studies, e-learning content, and

assessments.

? Customize training modules based on employee levels (entry, mid, senior).

? Keep content updated with latest changes in IRS rules, tax reforms, and

accounting standards.

? Skill Assessment & Evaluation

? Conduct pre- and post-training evaluations to measure knowledge gained.

? Track employee progress and provide feedback for improvement.

? Maintain training records and certifications.

? Collaboration & Support

? Work closely with Operations, HR, and Business Heads to identify skill gaps.

? Align training initiatives with business requirements and client delivery

needs.

? Support employees in preparing for professional certifications (e.g., CPA, EA).

? Continuous Improvement

? Stay updated with industry developments and bring best practices into

training programs.

? Suggest and implement innovative learning methods (simulations, role-play,

digital learning tools).

Key Requirements



? Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

? 5+ years of experience in US Accounting and Taxation, with at least 2+

years in training delivery.

? In-depth knowledge of US GAAP, Federal & State Taxation, Corporate &

Individual Tax returns.

? Strong background in employee training, coaching, and content creation.

? Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

? Hands-on experience with LMS platforms, training tools, and e-learning methods.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
