Manage the full training cycle
Administer the Performance Management System (PMS) cycle
Utilize ERP/SAP training modules to enhance L&D processes.
Conduct periodic reviews for new hires and trainees.
Generate monthly Training MIS reports.
Support employee engagement initiatives and HR projects within budget.
