Job Description

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The role will support the lead - Talent Management and L&D in designing, executing and monitoring all L&D initiatives related to the department. It involves overall liaisoning, coordination, execution and monitoring of the work of the Talent Management and L&D department ensuring that the activities flow in a structured, planned and timely manner along to the overall achievement of the objectives and the mission of the department.

Key Responsibilities

Coordination & Execution



To work closely with the Lead - Talent Management & L&D to chart out the annual activity of the department, ensure its smooth implementation, monitor it for mid-course correction and assist the lead in evaluating the outcome of the various activities of the department against those envisaged at the beginning of the year. Coordinate end-to-end logistics such as batches, trainers, venues, materials and assessments. Ensure sessions run smoothly with minimal disruptions.

Content & Course Development



To help the Lead in conceptualization of various need-based training programs at SCEH, carry out assessment (need / competency), help in identifying internal & external faculty and placements. Support the development of the faculty, work with them in developing the course structure, pedagogy & content (theory & practical) along with assessment methodology and placements. Support the SCEH data collection, analysis and interpretation translating into training structure and curriculum which is rooted in the gaps and need for training, learning & development at SCEH.

Program Delivery & Partnerships



Support the lead in ensuring that the training, learning & development program is successfully scaled up to the entire network and also the partner network. Coordination & liaisoning with the partner network at Talent Management and L&D and ensure coordination with faculty & trainees to ensure the smooth delivery of the programs in a seamless and high-quality manner. Identify external faculty, resources and organizations / institutes with which SCEH can have a collaboration for classroom teaching, internships, hands-on exposure and certification.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
