GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The role will support the lead - Talent Management and L&D in designing, executing and monitoring all L&D initiatives related to the department. It involves overall liaisoning, coordination, execution and monitoring of the work of the Talent Management and L&D department ensuring that the activities flow in a structured, planned and timely manner along to the overall achievement of the objectives and the mission of the department.
