Develop and deliver training programs to enhance skills, performance, and leadership capabilities.
Conduct training needs analysis and design learning roadmaps.
Drive employee engagement initiatives to boost morale, collaboration, and retention.
Partner with business leaders to align L&D strategies with organizational goals.
Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of training and engagement activities.
Manage L&D budgets, vendors, and digital learning platforms.
