Role Overview:


Responsible for designing and implementing learning initiatives, talent development strategies, and employee engagement programs to build a skilled, motivated, and high-performing workforce.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and deliver training programs to enhance skills, performance, and leadership capabilities. Conduct training needs analysis and design learning roadmaps. Drive employee engagement initiatives to boost morale, collaboration, and retention. Partner with business leaders to align L&D strategies with organizational goals. Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of training and engagement activities. Manage L&D budgets, vendors, and digital learning platforms.
