Role Overview

Four PL Consultancy is seeking an experienced

Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist - Supply Chain

to support the

end-to-end design, development, and continuous enhancement of BBA, MBA, and PGDM programs

in Global Logistics & Supply Chain Management.

The role requires a professional with strong

domain expertise in supply chain

, combined with experience in

learning design, academic content development, and training delivery

, ensuring alignment with

Indian regulatory standards, global best practices, and evolving industry needs

.

Key ResponsibilitiesCurriculum Design & Development

Design and develop

end-to-end curriculum

for

BBA, MBA, and PGDM programs

in Logistics & Supply Chain Management Create structured

learning frameworks, course outlines, syllabi, and learning outcomes

aligned with

UGC, AICTE, NEP 2020

, and outcome-based education (OBE) principles Define program structure, course sequencing, and academic rigor in line with university requirements

Academic Content & Study Material Development

Create

student-centric academic content

, including: Course modules and detailed lesson plans Lecture notes and classroom presentations Case studies (Indian and global business contexts) Assignments, applied projects, and capstone guidelines Ensure learning materials are

conceptually strong, industry-relevant, and learner-friendly

Assessment & Evaluation Design

Design

formative and summative assessment frameworks

Develop

rubrics, quizzes, examinations, simulations, and case-based evaluations

Ensure

assessment integrity

, fairness, and alignment with learning outcomes Support institutions in outcome measurement and academic quality assurance

Industry & Practical Integration

Incorporate

real-world industry applications

into curriculum and learning material Embed practical exposure through: Industry use cases Live projects and simulations Capstone and applied learning components Align academic delivery with

current industry practices and employability expectations

Curriculum Review & Continuous Improvement

Periodically review and update curriculum to reflect: Regulatory and accreditation changes Industry evolution and market trends Technological advancements (digital supply chains, analytics, sustainability) Collaborate with internal academic teams, instructional designers, and

university stakeholders

Support

Eligibility & Experience

Master's degree in: Supply Chain Management Logistics Operations Management Business Administration (MBA preferred)

8-15 years of relevant experience

across supply chain, logistics, academia, L&D, or corporate training Demonstrated experience in: Curriculum and learning design Academic content development Teaching, training delivery, or faculty development Strong understanding of the

Indian logistics and supply chain ecosystem

Ability to translate complex industry concepts into

structured, learner-centric academic content

Preferred Qualifications

PhD / MPhil (desirable, not mandatory) Experience working with

universities, autonomous institutions, or edtech organizations

Familiarity with accreditation and quality frameworks (

UGC, AICTE, NAAC, NBA

) Consulting or leadership experience in

supply chain or operations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?500,000.00 - ?800,000.00 per year
