Roles and Responsibilities:
Design, prepare, and deliver training modules for employees across levels.
Conduct regular training sessions on product knowledge, sales, communication, and behavioural skills.
Identify learning needs through assessments and coordinate with department heads.
Measure training effectiveness and implement improvements.
Maintain training documentation, reports, and module updates.
Support employee engagement and development initiatives across the organization.
