We are looking for a proactive Learning & Development (L&D) Executive to plan, coordinate, and execute training programs that enhance employee skills, performance, and compliance across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify training needs in coordination with department heads
Plan and conduct induction, onboarding, and skill-based training programs
Coordinate internal and external training sessions
Maintain training calendars, attendance, and reports
Track training effectiveness and employee feedback
Ensure completion of mandatory and compliance training
Maintain accurate training records in HR systems
Requirements:
Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Training & Development, or related field
3-5 years of experience in L&D / HR Training
Good communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
Healthcare / hospital experience preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
