Develop and implement the company-wide learning and development strategy.
Conduct training needs analysis in collaboration with department heads.
Design and deliver learning programs (technical, behavioral, leadership).
Identify and onboard external trainers/vendors as required.
Manage learning platforms (LMS) and monitor engagement and effectiveness.
Track and report on learning outcomes, ROI, and employee development progress.
Support onboarding and induction programs for new joiners.
Build career development frameworks and succession plans.
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Psychology, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in L&D, preferably in a fast-paced tech or software environment.
Proven ability to design and deliver effective learning programs.
Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with learning technologies and LMS platforms.
* Certifications in L&D or coaching (e.g., CPLP, NLP, MBTI) are an advantage.
