Internship Opportunity - Learning & Development (L&D) Department

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Learning & Development Intern to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical exposure to training and development activities within a professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in designing and preparing training materials and content Support in coordinating workshops, training sessions, and learning programs Maintain training records and track participant feedback Contribute innovative ideas to enhance the learning experience

Strong communication and organizational skills Proficiency in MS Office/Google Suite Eagerness to learn and contribute to people development initiatives
