About the Role

We're looking for a proactive

Learning & Development Intern

to join our team in Mysore! In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting and executing training initiatives for our teams -- including product orientation for new hires, coordinating smooth execution on Team

Certification programs and Product Training modules for new hires

. You'll collaborate closely with trainers, subject matter experts, and the product team to ensure learning experiences are effective, engaging, and scalable.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in designing and developing e-learning and instructor-led training materials for internal programs, including Level 1 Certification and product onboarding. Support end-to-end coordination of training programs -- from scheduling, logistics, and communication to participant tracking and feedback collection. Collaborate with Product and Configuration teams to gather accurate and updated product information for training content. Create visually appealing and easy-to-understand training decks, videos, and job aids for new hire onboarding. Support content reviews and help maintain version control of training materials in the Learning Management System (LMS). Collect feedback from participants and help analyze data to improve training effectiveness and learner experience. Assist in documentation and reporting related to training attendance, completion, and assessment results. Partner with the Learning & Academy team to explore new formats, tools, and approaches to enhance learning engagement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, BBM, BCOM,Communications, or related fields. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel) and familiarity with Google Workspace. Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Creative mindset with an interest in content design and instructional delivery. Basic understanding or interest in e-learning tools and LMS platforms is a plus.

Preferred Skills

Exposure to learning design or content development projects. Interest in product training, instructional design, or corporate learning. Familiarity with video editing or e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate, Camtasia, Canva) is an advantage. Enthusiastic about working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
