Job Description

Needs Assessment: Conduct surveys, interviews, and consultations with department heads to identify skill gaps and training needs. Program Design & Development: Create and update training materials, e-learning modules, workshops, and guides, aligning with company values and objectives. Training Delivery: Facilitate sessions, manage logistics, and coordinate external trainers or vendors. Budget & Vendor Management: Manage L&D budgets and negotiate with external providers for specialized training. Evaluation & Reporting: Track program effectiveness, analyze results, and report on ROI to ensure continuous improvement. Onboarding & Career Development: Oversee new hire orientation and support career pathing and succession planning.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹21,900.00 - ₹49,800.00 per month
