Job Summary:

We're seeking a motivated professional to design, deliver, and evaluate learning and development programs for our team members. You'll collaborate with department heads to identify training needs, develop strategies, and implement initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify training needs and develop learning plans

- Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs

- Develop e-learning modules and digital content

- Coordinate training logistics and facilitate sessions

- Monitor and report on training effectiveness

- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development

Requirements:

- 2-3 years of experience in L&D or training

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
