Key Responsibilities



Student Operations & Communication

Track student registrations, assessments, appeals, forms, and certification timelines. Draft and send professional responses to student queries. Follow up on pending student actions and ensure timely correspondence.
Academic Coordination

Assist in scheduling and tracking assessment submissions, viva panels, and feedback processes. Support academic staff with documentation, templates, and grade reporting. Collate and organise assessment rubrics, module guides, and faculty notes.
Operational Support

Monitor workflows related to new programme launches, student onboarding, and LMS access. Assist in preparing institutional reports, proposals, and external communication drafts. Support face-to-face and online event logistics (webinars, academic boards, etc.)

Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Business/Education/Communications or related field. Strong written & verbal communication, organisational, and admin skills. Proficient in MS Office & Google Workspace; familiar with CRM/LMS. Skilled in drafting professional emails, reports, and documents. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?200,000.00 - ?400,000.00 per year
