In this role, you will develop and update learning and development strategy to cover growing Tender and Project community and business demand of Alstom operating model. You will be responsible for: Support all aspects of updates in the Project Management Academy Based on Project Academy training gaps and learning orientation roadmap, coordinate training developments or updates/enhancements of training material with Subject Matter Experts and potentially external agencies Build a strong link between the Tender and Project Management competency matrixes for each M tier and the learning curriculum Manage and coordinate the implementation and deployment of the global training curriculum for the Tender and Project Management community as per offer on the Project Academy digital page Support the communication and sharing of updates/best practices and associated tools to Project and Bid M tier leaders and other academies Monitor training quality and participation by following up KPIs and other reports as per requests In addition, you will: Be part of a team impacting Alstom\'s Projects and Bids at global scale Develop a multicultural mindset by interacting with teams located across the global the world Develop yourself in problem solving and simplification Your profile: Business Master\'s degree Competency development and training experience Technical competences regarding digital learning tools: MS Sharepoint, Elucidat, Bealink, Uptale, Komodal, Easymovie for video creations are a major asset.
