Responsibilities * Develop and implement innovative training content aligned with organizational objectives.

• Conduct needs assessment to identify learning gaps and recommend effective solutions.
• Design and develop course materials, e-learning modules, presentations, and job aids using modern instructional design methodologies.
• Collaborate with SMEs and other stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through metrics, feedback, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in learning and instructional design.
• Coordinate and schedule learning programs for teams across the organization.

Requirements * A minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design, training, or related fields.

• Proficiency in instructional design tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate) and learning management systems (LMS).
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and effective training frameworks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in simple ways.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Experience in course facilitation or delivering workshops will be a plus.
