Manage the life cycle of content (i.e. uploading, updating, testing, tracking, etc.) in Moodle and Success factor LMS.
Provide technical assistance to end users, trainers and, resolving issues related to course access, enrollments, and Moodle LMS functionality.
Provide administrative support, trainings for Moodle plugins, custom features and Success factor LMS to internal stakeholders.
Ready to quickly learn and adapt to new environments and challenges.
Perform L1 level troubleshooting on issues, escalate and coordinate with vendors to provide solutions effectively within SLA.
Provide expertise, consult, train, and support team in the application of Moodle functionalities Manage user accounts, permissions, and site authentication processes.
Course Management: Upload training materials (modules, videos), manage course enrollments, reviewing etc.
Assist in integrating Moodle with third-party tools (e.g., zoom, meet, LTI) and configuring plugins or custom features.
Documentation & Training: Create and maintain a knowledge base of Moodle and Success factor FAQs, Quick Start Guides, and tutorial videos for end-users.
Required skills:
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Must have a minimum 2 years of experience in Moodle LMS administration.
Overall 3 to 5 years of experience in IT software , Application support, administration.
Knowledge and experience in Success factor LMS would be an added advantage.
Experience in LMS, Learning and development would be highly preferred.
Conversant with LMS Support model, process and troubleshooting skills.
Experience with Moodle API and integration with third party systems.
Should be willing to work at Mumbai thane office or ready to relocate.
Must have experience or exposure in creating reports or dashboards for the business day to day requirements.
Should have amazing problem solving, analytical and solution oriented skills.
Strong analytical thinking, excellent English communication for technical explanation, and the ability to work under pressure to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
