Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive learning and development strategies aligned with hospital goals.
Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and training requirements.
Design, deliver, and evaluate engaging training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules.
Collaborate with department heads to support employee development and performance improvement.
Track and report training effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvements.
Mentor and coach managers and staff to enhance leadership and professional skills.
Stay updated with industry best practices and incorporate innovative learning techniques.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as a Learning and Development Manager or similar role in healthcare or corporate settings.
Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written).
Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
Ability to design and implement innovative training programs.
Dynamic, proactive, and highly organized.
