Key Responsibilities:
Assist in scheduling and coordinating internal and external training sessions, workshops, and webinars.
Maintain training calendars and send reminders to participants.
Help in developing training materials, presentations, assessments, and feedback forms.
Research and recommend engaging learning resources (videos, articles, e-learning modules, etc.).
Maintain training databases and documentation on LMS or internal platforms.
Prepare training and maintain training records.
Support the design and curation of e-learning modules or video-based content.
Follow up with quality team on CRM-related training completion and best practices adherence.
Ensure team's usage on CRM(Zoho One).

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
