Roles & Responsibilities
Assist in designing, organizing, and scheduling internal training programs and workshops.
Support the creation of learning materials, presentations, and e-learning modules.
Maintain and update training records and databases (LMS or Excel).
Coordinate with trainers, vendors, and employees for session logistics.
Help analyze training feedback and prepare reports on program effectiveness.
Support onboarding sessions for new employees.
Research new learning methods, trends, and technologies to improve training programs.
Provide administrative support for learning events and initiatives.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
