Key Responsibilities
Train and mentor the BPO calling team for real estate processes
Prepare call scripts and train agents on lead handling and follow-ups
Coordinate with real estate clients regarding project updates and requirements
Monitor call quality and provide regular feedback to team members
Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality standards, and compliance
Handle escalated customer or client queries professionally
Support the team during live calling operations
Prepare daily and weekly reports on team performance and training progress
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum
2 years of experience in BPO / Call Center operations
Experience in
team training or team handling
is preferred
Strong communication skills in English (Hindi knowledge is a plus)
Working knowledge of CRM systems and calling tools
Understanding of lead management and customer engagement
Ability to train, motivate, and manage team members effectively
