We are seeking a passionate and proactive Learning and Development (L&D) professional to enhance employee skills, performance, productivity, and quality of work through effective training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver engaging training programs aligned with organizational goals
Conduct training need analysis through surveys, interviews, and consultation with managers
Develop e-learning modules, in-person workshops, and onboarding programs
Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions and continuously improve content
Track training participation, feedback, and performance improvement metrics
Partner with department heads to support team-specific learning initiatives
Manage training schedules, logistics, and L&D calendar
Promote a culture of continuous learning across the organization
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (HR, Psychology, Education, or related field preferred)
Proven experience in training design and facilitation
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with LMS tools, online learning platforms, and feedback systems
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills:
Certification in L&D, Instructional Design, or Training
Experience in EdTech or the education sector is a plus
Analytical mindset to assess training ROI
