Summary: As a Learning Advisor, you will identify and implement opportunities in learning design and development, learning delivery, content management, collaboration, or certification. Your typical day will involve engaging with various stakeholders to assess learning needs, facilitating discussions to enhance learning strategies, and ensuring that learning initiatives align with key business outcomes. You will also monitor the progress of these initiatives, providing updates and insights to relevant teams to drive continuous improvement in learning delivery operations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance team capabilities. - Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and recommend improvements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Learning Delivery Operations. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Learning Delivery Strategy. - Strong understanding of instructional design principles. - Experience with various learning management systems. - Ability to analyze learning metrics and derive actionable insights. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Learning Delivery Operations. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
