Summary: As a Learning Advisor, you will engage in a dynamic environment where you will identify and implement opportunities in learning design and development. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to enhance learning delivery and content management, while also monitoring and communicating the progress of initiatives against key business outcomes. You will play a crucial role in fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement, ensuring that learning strategies align with organizational goals and effectively meet the needs of diverse learners. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make recommendations for improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Learning Strategies. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Learning Assessments. - Strong understanding of instructional design principles and methodologies. - Ability to analyze learning needs and develop tailored learning solutions. - Experience with various learning management systems and digital learning tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Learning Strategies. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
