About the Role:- We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented CRM Manager to own and scale our customer relationship management systems and mid-funnel engagement strategies. - This is a strategic-yet-hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, has experience in high-growth startups, and understands the nuances of driving conversions through CRM.- As our CRM lead, you'll work at the intersection of marketing, product, and operations to build robust CRM workflows, set up tool integrations, and design automated engagement journeys that accelerate user conversion and retention.Key Responsibilities:- Own the end-to-end CRM function, including planning, execution, and performance measurement of campaigns.- Build and optimize multi-step journeys for lead nurturing, re-engagement, and activation across channels like WhatsApp, email, SMS, and in-app.- Design and implement automation workflows within tools like Gupshup, Lead Squared or their equivalents.- Set up connectors and integrations between CRM tools and internal data sources, ensuring clean and timely data flow.- Collaborate with performance marketing and product teams to design mid-funnel experiments and journeys that improve lead-to-customer conversion.- Segment audiences based on behavioral and demographic data to personalize communication and maximize impact.- Monitor CRM metrics such as open rates, CTRs, conversions, and cohort performance and optimize accordingly.- Own data hygiene and compliance with regards to user data across systems and CRM touchpoints.Ideal Candidate Profile:- 3-5 years of experience managing CRM and mid-funnel marketing at high-growth startups (preferably unicorns or companies preparing for IPO).- Strong execution mindset, you enjoy getting your hands dirty and making things work, not just building strategies.- Prior experience with Gupshup and LeadSquared (or similar tools) is a strong plus.- Familiarity with the education or edtech sector is a bonus.- Deep understanding of customer segmentation, lifecycle stages, and personalized communication.- Proven experience in setting up tool connectors and API-based data flows between CRM platforms.- Strong analytical skills and comfort with metrics, dashboards, and campaign optimization.- Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, tech, and growth teams.
