Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and student-focused Learner Support Executive to assist learners throughout their academic journey. The role involves guiding students, resolving queries, providing program-related information, and ensuring a smooth learning experience.

Key Responsibilities



Assist learners with course details, schedules, and platform navigation. Handle student queries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and chat. Maintain regular follow-up with learners to ensure engagement and satisfaction. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve academic or technical issues. Update and maintain learner records in the CRM system. Provide orientation, reminders, and ongoing support throughout the program. Ensure high-quality service and timely response to all learner needs.

Required Skills



Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good problem-solving ability and patience while handling queries. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM or similar tools. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Customer/Student support experience is an added advantage.

Qualifications



Any degree. Freshers or experienced candidates can apply.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
