CTC: Up to 4 LPA (90% fixed + 10% variable)
Interview Mode: Face-to-Face

Connect with learners 1:1 to guide career goals & growth Recommend certifications, skills & job opportunities Provide support on job search, networking & interview prep Track progress, share insights & motivate learners
Desired Profile:
Bachelor's Degree 6-12 months of outbound calling experience
