CTC: 4 LPA (90% fixed & 10% variable)

Experience: 0.6 - 1 year

What you'll do:

Connect with learners to understand aspirations & challenges Recommend certifications, skills & career opportunities Provide guidance on job search, networking & interview prep Track progress using data insights & share success stories

Desired Profile:

Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Master's preferred) 0.6-1 year outbound calling experience Cybersecurity enthusiasm is a plus Strong analytical & interpersonal skills
