Learner Acquisition Specialist
to help professionals make confident career transitions through our programs. In this role, you'll act as the first point of contact for prospective learners -- understanding their aspirations, building trust, and guiding them toward the right learning journey. Key Responsibilities
Engage & Guide Prospective Learners
Reach out to potential learners through calls, emails, and virtual consultations.
Understand their career goals, challenges, and motivations to recommend suitable programs.
Build personalized, consultative relationships that focus on learner success rather than just sales.
Drive Enrollments & Achieve Growth Targets
Manage the complete enrollment lifecycle -- from inquiry to conversion.
Consistently meet or exceed enrollment and revenue targets while prioritizing a learner-first approach.
Collaborate with marketing to improve lead quality and optimize outreach campaigns.
Enhance Learner Experience
Coordinate with program and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and post-enrollment support.
Gather feedback from learners to improve communication, offerings, and onboarding flow.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress within the CRM system.
Contribute to Growth & Strategy
Provide insights from learner conversations to help refine messaging and positioning.
Experiment with outreach techniques and personalization strategies to improve conversion rates.
What Makes You a Great Fit
2-4 years of experience in
inside sales, business development, or learner success
(EdTech experience preferred).
Excellent communication and active listening skills, with the ability to connect empathetically with professionals.
Highly motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable managing high volumes of conversations.
Strong collaboration skills -- able to work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and product teams.
A genuine passion for helping people upskill, reskill, and achieve their career goals.
