Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business Administration, or Operations Management). A Master's degree is a plus.

Certifications:

Master Black Belt (MBB)

certification from a recognized and reputable institution is

required

.

Experience:

A minimum of

5-7 years

of experience in a dedicated Six Sigma training or consulting role. Proven experience in leading and mentoring Six Sigma projects from conception to completion. Demonstrated ability to train diverse groups of professionals, from entry-level to executive leadership.

Required Skills

Expert knowledge of Six Sigma principles and tools

, including

DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control)

and

Lean methodologies

. Exceptional

public speaking and presentation skills

, with the ability to simplify complex concepts. Strong

analytical and problem-solving abilities

. Excellent

interpersonal and communication skills

to build rapport and effectively mentor others.
