Job Overview :We are looking for an experienced and proactive professional with strong expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Process Optimization, and Continuous Improvement in a low-volume, high-product-mix manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives, drive Kaizen and 5S activities, implement TPM practices, and support IoT-based process improvement projects to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and implement Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen initiatives across production and support functions.

Drive 5S and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) practices to improve workplace efficiency and equipment uptime.

Identify and execute process optimization and waste reduction opportunities across operations.

Coordinate IoT system integration for data-driven process improvements and real-time performance monitoring.

Conduct Lean and Six Sigma training sessions for operators, engineers, and supervisors.

Develop and track KPIs and performance dashboards for continuous improvement projects.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for strategic planning and deployment of Lean methodologies.

Prepare and present process improvement reports, cost-saving analyses, and action plans to management.

Proven record of implementing Kaizen, 5S, TPM, and Lean tools in a low-volume, high-mix production setup.

Exposure to IoT systems, data analytics, and digital transformation initiatives in manufacturing preferred.

Excellent communication, leadership, and training delivery capabilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 per year
