We are looking for a Strategy-First Content Marketer to join our internal team. We don't need a generalist; we need a partner who understands the psychology of lead generation and high-value decision-making.- You will be responsible for the strategic planning and drafting of email campaigns and LinkedIn content across the agency's portfolio.Your Responsibilities :Full-Funnel Email Marketing : Draft multi-step email sequences for that are focused on nurturing and conversions. You aren't just writing emails; you are designing the logic that drives the set conversions.LinkedIn Authority Building : Create high-value, authority-driven content. You must be able to write for c-suite and executive audiences.Strategic Planning : You'll be the architect of the campaigns on both LinkedIn and email.We work on a long-term roadmap. You will be expected to look at our campaigns calendars and propose the content strategy 2-4 weeks in advance.Masterful Editing : While we value efficiency, the final output must be industry-accurate, professional, and human. We have a zero-tolerance policy for generic, unedited AI-sounding content.YOU ARE THE RIGHT FIT IF :- You have 3+ years of experience in B2B/B2C marketing or professional services.- You understand Direct Response Marketing-moving a prospect from a piece of content to a measurable action.- You are a Self-Manager. You prefer to receive a goal and come back with a plan, rather than waiting for step-by-step instructions.- You are comfortable executing against a long-term roadmap.- You have experience working with clients in North America.HOW WE WORK :Outcome-Based : We care about results and deadlines, not "hours logged."Asynchronous : We minimize meetings.
