Yrs of Exp: 8-10 yrs Tools: UiPath, Must have UiPath Advance level Certification, .NET or Java development Background Minimum of 3+ yrs on UiPath and as tech lead role in 1.5yrs+ Success in the Role: You will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing solutions to automate multiple business processes/activities using UIpath RPA tools/ technology Provide technical directions to the designers during the design, development, and deployment phases of the projects Ensure development teams clearly understand the design and are able to understand the Agile development methodology to deliver the solution for cloud/on-prem Attended, Unattended, Hybrid bots Code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to improve overall code quality Ensuring quality of designed workflows, working in partnership with RPA designers to perform thorough testing, and ensuring that configuration control is always maintained. Conduct and lead white-boarding sessions, workshops, design sessions, and project meetings as needed, playing a key role in client relations. This role will be responsible for executing and maintaining a sustainable and scalable RPA program including, but not limited to the identification and prioritization of bot automation use cases, development, and deployment as well as maintenance and monitoring Analyzing, understanding, and documenting the business processes in detail where required. Communicating with Vendors on RPA tools-related issues, suggesting improvements, and participating with other users in the RPA community. The Work: What type of work will you be doing What assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing on a regular basis Coordinate with RPA business analysts, process owners, and businesses to understand the as-is processes to design the automation solution and documentation of the design Perform Migration/Plan for Migration from Other RPA Plateform to UiPath Plateform Support business teams and RPA designers in end-to-end testing including UAT and Smoke Testing. Comply with and help enforce design standards, policies, and procedures Configuring new Automation processes using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable, and easy to understand. Assist the Developers to ensure the code written is in-line with architectural designs and best practices for UiPath Play the role of a change agent and constantly seek, sharing & implementing best practices Develop proofs-of-concept and demos needed for client & internal presentations. Ensure best practices, standards, and reusability of automation solutions.
