who will be responsible for managing, configuring, and optimizing our CRM platform to support business processes and automation. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of business automation workflows and experience in maintaining CRM data integrity and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the
LeadSquared CRM
system, ensuring smooth operation and user access.
Create, update, and optimize
automation workflows
, triggers, and lead management processes.
Configure lead stages, forms, fields, and reports as per business requirements.
Monitor CRM performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with the vendor support team when necessary.
Train and support team members on CRM functionalities and new features.
Ensure data accuracy and regular clean-up of CRM databases.
Generate and analyze reports to provide business insights and track KPIs.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in LeadSquared CRM administration
.
Strong understanding of
business process automation
and workflow configuration.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of
API integrations
and lead management systems.
Experience in
marketing/sales automation
tools.
Basic understanding of
data analytics and reporting tools
.
