JR49939 Lead/Senior Software Engineer - IT PLM MDM

We are seeking an experienced SAP Technical Consultant with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ABAP and a solid understanding of RICEF concepts. Responsibilities:

Master Data Solutions:

• Work closely with EMD business teams to implement master data solutions within SAP.
• Configure SAP interfaces as part of Teamcenter PLM solutions in collaboration with PLM & SAP PI teams. (Preferred)
• Leverage experience to integrate SAP with third-party or customer-specific applications.

Technical Specifications Document Preparation:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to create detailed technical specifications for SAP development projects.

ABAP Development:

• Develop ABAP solutions based on technical specifications.
• Conduct unit testing and optimize developed functionality.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality code.

Deployment and Pipeline Environments:

• Deploy ABAP developments into pipeline environments.
• Ensure smooth integration with existing systems.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Engage in close collaboration with Boise Architect & Solution managers.
• Foster effective communication across teams.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as an SAP Technical Consultant.
• Proficiency in ABAP programming, performance tuning, and technical documentation.
• Knowledge of Object-Oriented ABAP.
• Exposure to dialog programs using Screen Painter, flow logic with PBO, PAI, and Menu painter.
• Familiarity with data dictionary objects (Tables, Structures, Views, data elements, domains, and Function BDCs).
• Experience in implementing User exits, BADI\xe2\x80\x99s, BTE\xe2\x80\x99s, and enhancements.
• Proven track record in both implementation and support projects.

Experience with proxy implementation and interface development.
