Role Overview
We are seeking energetic and persuasive
female telecallers (Leads Converters)
who can confidently connect with potential customers, explain VINR products, answer queries, and convert leads into successful sales. This role requires excellent communication, empathy, and the ability to build customer trust.
Key Responsibilities
Call and follow up on warm leads generated via website, ads, marketplaces (Amazon/Flipkart), and social media.
Explain product benefits, usage, and offers to potential customers.
Maintain a high conversion ratio from leads to orders.
Answer customer queries regarding skincare/haircare concerns and recommend suitable VINR products.
Maintain accurate call records, follow-ups, and CRM entries.
Work closely with the marketing & sales team to optimize lead conversion strategies.
Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat purchase through polite communication and relationship-building.
Requirements
Female candidates preferred (pleasant and confident voice).
Minimum 6 months - 2 years of telecalling / telesales / customer support experience.
Strong communication skills in
Hindi & English
(knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus).
Basic understanding of skincare & haircare products will be an advantage (training will be provided).
Ability to handle objections, persuade customers, and close sales.
Comfortable working with CRM tools, Google Sheets, and daily reporting.
