Job Description

We are looking for a Pune based Candidate for our Head office .

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Corporate Debt Operations Management

Play a key role in the implementation of the Corporate Debt Origination System and Corporate Debt Management System created at Terkar Capital India. Oversee the entire corporate debt life cycle end-to-end -- from application intake, document verification, KYC/C-KYC checks, underwriting coordination, disbursal, to post-disbursal servicing within a team environment. Liaise with credit, legal, compliance, and technology teams to ensure smooth and compliant processing. Define and implement SOPs aligned with RBI guidelines and industry best practices.

2. Debt Disbursement

Ensure timely, accurate debt disbursals via approved channels and integrated banking channels / payment gateways. Will be accountable for the entire corporate debt lifecycle from prospecting to disbursement requiring him/her to lead the process, interact with all the stakeholders and achieve a successful conversion. Coordinate with the cross functional teams for debt movement tracking and ledger entries for smooth and timely loan / credit disbursal for the clients.

3. Vendor & Partner Management

Manage key vendor relationships, including debt providers, banks, KYC partners, govt bodies and payment gateways. Define SLAs, track performance, and ensure accountability

. Process Improvement & MIS Reporting

Identify opportunities to optimize TAT, accuracy, and cost-efficiency across operations. Develop and maintain MIS reports, operational dashboards, and trackers for leadership review.

5. Customer Service

Handle backend support for customer queries, service requests, grievance redressal, and account statements. Implement SOPs for onboarding, servicing, and complaint resolution.

Preferred Skills

Proficient in MS Excel for operations tracking and reconciliation. Knowledge of Investment banking - Corporate Debt Funding Strong coordination with cross-functional teams and external partners Operational audit readiness and compliance adherence Excellent verbal and written communication Up-to-date knowledge of RBI's digital lending and data governance norms

4-5 years work experience in Finance related domain in a Lead role eg Mutual Fund, Insurance , CA Firm , Accounts and Finance management etc.

Graduation is mandatory (any field )
