Roles and Responsibilities:
HR Operations
Leading E2E Employee Lifecycle operations from Onboarding to Exit.
Smooth execution of all employee life cycle processes (confirmation, exits, absconding etc)
Ensuring timeline inputs are provided to the payroll team with regards to new joiners'
Provident fund & Insurance coverage related details.
Facilitating the team with preparation of accurate HR letters.
Develop and monitor dashboards to assess the performance of HR operations team and maintaining regular governance with internal stakeholders.
Review SOPs, process workflows and governance documents, identify gaps and recommend change to fill gaps or eliminate non-value add and cost-effective operations.
Plan and prepare all the time readiness for internal and external audits.
Proven experience in managing complex HR processes, being able to solve and think scalable solutions.
On-boarding
Ensure smooth on-boarding for all new joinees and post joining engagement activities to ensure enhanced employee experience.
Post joining Documentation and on-boarding process completion including BGV
Ensure timely closure of Background verification results and insufficiency cases
Database & MIS/HRIS Management
Responsible for ensuring accurate maintenance of the Employee details.
Will be responsible and custodian of accurate employee database, e-employee records, employee files, Employee Record Keeping / Database Updation and Management.
HRIS Management - Responsible for Updation of HRIS system and record keeping.
Establish internal control mechanisms for periodic validation of employee data base for accuracy and completeness.
Required Skills:
Excellent Stakeholder Management.
Proficient in Excellent MS office (Excel, PowerPoint, MS word).
Proven experience in managing SLAs for multiple processes.
Ability to translate strategy into deep operational execution.
Sound analytical and decision-making skills.
A great communicator with a strong command on spoken and written English.
High on learnability and ability to unlearn-learn relearn would be a key.
Team Handling capabilities, Team player and influencer who is willing to pitch in and help where necessary.
Displays a sense of urgency with the task at hand.
Exhibit integrity, excellent judgment, discretion, and diplomacy skills.
Exposure and hands-on Experience on HRIS preferable
Has an innovative Mindset and Problem Solving Skills.
Experience with creating a culture of engagement, collaboration, and teamwork
Qualification:
MBA in HR or equivalent education background
10 to 15 yrs of experience in the HR operations space
