Description

As a manufacturing professional, you will have the opportunity to enhance your experience in a manufacturing environment and deepen your knowledge in operations leadership and manufacturing engineering. This will enable you to build strong relationships with various stakeholders, whilst enhancing your knowledge of Caterpillar\'s products, technologies, and processes.

The program provides you the foundation for future success as a selected member of Caterpillar\'s operations community. There are rotational assignments based on business requirements and individual\'s development needs. Graduate placement will focus predominantly on building the facility pipeline of Section Managers and Manufacturing Engineers.

Required Qualifications:

B.E/ B.Tech in Mechanical related discipline with 0 to 1 years of experience in Lean Manufacturing, manufacturing operations processes, materials and / or quality

Very good communication, interpersonal, teamwork and collaboration skills

Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment. Relocation is available for this position.
