Role Overview
We are looking for a
dynamic and experienced Enterprise Sales Leader
to drive nationwide business growth and lead the enterprise vertical. The ideal candidate will have strong industry connects, excellent deal-closing skills, and experience managing large corporate accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute the enterprise sales strategy across India
Drive large-ticket, long-term managed office space deals with corporates (500+ seats)
Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, CRE Heads, Admin, and Procurement teams
Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing enterprise sales team across metro cities
Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams (design, delivery, and finance) to structure competitive and profitable deals
Provide market insights, client feedback, and occupancy demand trends
Required Experience & Skills
Minimum
15 years of experience
in Enterprise Sales / Corporate Leasing / Managed Office Spaces / B2B Solutions
Proven success in closing
large-value transactions
in commercial real estate or allied sectors
Strong corporate network and client relationship management
Excellent negotiation, deal structuring, and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
Preferred Backgrounds
IPCs (International Property Consultants)
Flex / Managed Office Space Providers
Capital Markets or Investment Banking professionals with CRE exposure
B2B Enterprise Sales professionals with strategic solution-selling expertise
