: Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle).

Data Integration

: Experience in integrating data from multiple sources into Tableau.

Performance Optimization

: Ability to optimize dashboard performance for large datasets.

Cloud Platforms

: Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) for data storage and analytics.

Soft Skills & Training:

Training & Mentorship

: Experience in

training junior analysts

and mentoring team members, particularly in Pune, India.

Collaboration

: Strong communication skills for working with cross-functional teams, including remote support.
