We create a fast, seamless, personalized & Data driven Digital Lending Experience.
This senior developer role has responsibility for the application and process used by our Front Office colleagues for calculating transaction profitability. We work closely with the model experts to build evolving requirements into the application, to stay accurate and regulatory compliant. You will join a cross functional squad and work with colleagues in Dublin, Amsterdam and further afield.Responsibilities

• Create, develop and support advanced business applications
• Collaborate with your team to understand business requirements and together translate them into the solution
• Search and propose solutions using the newest technologies. Help your team grow and think of ways to make solutions scalable and future-proof
• Ensure code quality and maintainability by thorough testing, tackling technological debt, conducting code reviews, and refactoring
• You continuously improve your skills to adapt to new situations, and always deliver the highest quality results
• Analyse hardware/Software integration for solutions
• You have a pro-active attitude; you speak up about your ideas and like working with a team
• Excellent knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming and Design Patterns

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills

• B.Tech/B.E/ MCA
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Strong experience with Java 11/8 development, particularly in microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in Spring Boot framework and familiarity with microservices best practices.
• Hands-on experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs.
• Understanding of application performance optimization and ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Knowledge of security and data protection principles in application development.
• Ability to write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team.
• Experience with testing frameworks (JUnit, TestNG, etc.) and deploying applications to production environments.
