Lead Assistant Manager/Manager - Web AnalyticsPosition: Web Analytics Specialist JobDescription:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Web Analytics Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web analytics, SQL, Power BI, and Looker Studio. As a Web Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing website traffic, user behavior, and providing insights to improve website performance and user experience.Key Responsibilities:- Utilize web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms to track and analyze website traffic, user engagement, and conversion rates.- Develop and maintain SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various databases and data sources.- Create customized reports and dashboards using Power BI and Looker Studio to visualize and present data insights to stakeholders.- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in website data to provide actionable recommendations for optimizing website performance and achieving business goals.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and UX/UI design to implement data-driven strategies and initiatives.- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to evaluate the effectiveness of website changes and optimizations.- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in web analytics and data visualization.Qualifications:- Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field. (Band A colleges)- Proven experience working with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.- Strong skills in data visualization and dashboard creation using Power BI and Looker Studio.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Ability to communicate complex data insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders.- Experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and statistical analysis is a plus
