Qualification: Engineering Graduate+ MBA. Any certification/diploma in Data Science/ Data Analytics would be an added advantage.

Experience: 5-10 years post qualification experience
Tools- Expertise of min 5 years in Python (Data Science Library), Power BI, Google Analytics and GTM.
Understanding of no SQL database like Mongo DB.
Understanding Azure Platform, GCP Big Query.
Knowledge of deployment of ML models would be an added advantage.

Preferred- Candidate who has worked with E -Commerce or allied analytic fields.
Key Responsibilities
Develop strategies to track the Key Performance Indices for Business through dashboards
Generate valuable business insights based on the platform data and be instrumental in creating marketing and operational efficiencies for scaling up business
Develop performance score cards using statistical tools to predict behavioral outcomes on the platform.
Generate insights using Buyer-seller behavior on platform. Build models like Customer segmentation, Buyer-seller segmentation, recommendation engine, etc.
Collaborate with business, product, technology, and operations teams to identify opportunities for process improvements, & recommend system modifications.
Select, configure, and implement analytics solutions.
Define appropriate analytics models in addition to identifying and readying relevant data sources for analysis
Gradually lead and develop a team of
& data scientists as per the Organization\xe2\x80\x99s need. * Oversee all analytics operations to correct discrepancies and ensure quality.
Build systems to transform raw data into actionable business insights.
