Role: Lead Women empowerment, Digital Literacy & Financial Inclusion, Mumbai
Experience: 8-12 years
Salary: 18-22 LPA
About the role:
H/She will be a program development lead to help develop and incubate new programs related to women empowerment through digital & Financial literacy/inclusion initiatives.
Roles & Responsibility

• Develop and incubate new women empowerment initiatives that aim to catalyse women-led development through awareness creation, ecosystem knowledge platforms and socio-economic transformation, specifically through Digital & Financial literacy/ inclusion programmes
• Develop and expand orgs digital & financial inclusion programmes, working together with technical and co implementation partners to facilitate inclusive access to and use of digital technology to drive positive health, education and livelihood outcomes for women and their families.
• Work in collaboration with programme teams to provide technical support to ensure existing programmes are gender inclusive, where required.
• Work with the M&E team to ensure disaggregated data and gender mainstreaming across all reporting. Work with the research team on publications to share best practice and with the communications team to develop the narrative across all women empowerment programmes and initiatives.
• Other Programme teams, M&E team, Research and Thought-Leadership team, Communications team, external technical and co-implementation partners.

Education & Qualifications:

• Necessary:

• Postgraduate Degree in any of the fields related to the development sector.
• Minimum 8-12 years of work experience
• Specific expertise in building and running digital & financial literacy/ inclusion programmes
• Experience of implementing large scale development projects
• Thorough knowledge of the development social sector and specialist expertise in one or more areas.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• S/he should be experienced in commissioning projects from third parties to meet agreed

• Capable to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills in an international environment.
• Independent, confident and customer-focused mind-set. Ability to control processes and activities in a result oriented manner and work effectively to tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills in English (verbally and in writing).
