Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Lead Web Developer to oversee full-stack and app development projects, guide the technical team, and deliver high-quality, scalable digital solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership abilities and hands-on experience with React, Laravel, MySQL, and Flutter.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the web development team (frontend, backend, and mobile) Oversee end-to-end development of web and mobile applications Review code and ensure high-quality, optimized deliverables Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and QA teams Define technical architecture and ensure best development practices Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance applications Manage project timelines, task allocation, and sprint planning Troubleshoot complex technical issues Stay updated with the latest web and mobile technologies
Required Skills & Experience:

5-8 years of hands-on development experience Strong knowledge of React (frontend) Proficiency in Laravel/PHP (backend) Strong understanding of MySQL (database design, optimization) Experience in Flutter for mobile app development Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Tailwind Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and Agile/Scrum Strong problem-solving and debugging skills Ability to mentor and guide junior developers Excellent communication and leadership skills
