Role

The Lead - Vehicle Systems Engineering is responsible for end-to-end systems engineering across vehicle platforms, ensuring seamless integration of mechanical, electrical, electronic, and software subsystems. The role focuses on requirements management, system architecture, and cross-functional coordination to deliver performance, safety, quality, and compliance objectives.

Experience:

10+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

Lead vehicle-level systems engineering and integration activities

Define and manage system requirements, interfaces, and architecture

Coordinate across powertrain, chassis, body, EE, and software teams

Drive system-level validation, verification, and issue resolution

Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards

Provide technical leadership and support program delivery milestones

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong expertise in vehicle systems engineering and integration

Experience with requirements management and systems validation

Knowledge of automotive standards, safety, and homologation

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills

Qualification:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Automotive, Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline

Pay: ?800,000.00 - ?2,300,000.00 per year
