Job Description

: We are looking for an experienced and talented Visual designer to design and use their artistic abilities to communicate ideas, inform consumers, and solve problems. The ideal candidate will have experience working in agile teams, with developers, UX designers and copywriters. You will be able to make deliberate design decisions and to translate any given user-experience journey into a smooth and intuitive interaction.
Responsibilities

• Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral
• Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
• Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications
• Perform retouching and manipulation of images
• Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software
• Improve the look and feel of interactive computers and product software
• Create overall concepts for the user experience within a business webpage or product, ensuring all interactions are intuitive and easy for customers
• Analyze customer responses and website data to determine high traffic web pages and why some perform better than others
• Design the aesthetics to be implemented within a website or product, from the layout menus and drop-down options to colors and fonts
• Build storyboards to conceptualize designs and convey project plans to clients and management
• Account for and track the human-computer interaction (HCI) element of a design

Qualifications for UI Designer
Bachelor's degree or Specialization in Art, Graphic Design, motion graphics, or a related discipline is highly preferred

• 4+ years of demonstrated experience in creating and implementing design
• Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, Social media, motion graphics, banners, videos, posters, Infographics, etc
• Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects
• Knowledge of Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design software
• Highly independent and prolific: Can brainstorm and execute on graphic and video content ideas
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent eye for detail
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment to create top-performing interfaces
• Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to optimize data for the best possible outcome
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple milestones and projects efficiently
• Professional written and interpersonal skills
• Experience with coding and ability to troubleshoot using HTML, CSS and comparable languages

Qualifications:

• Relevant graphic designing experience of Minimum 5 Years
• Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
• Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas
• Up to date with industry leading software and technologies (In Design, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop etc)
• Highly proficient in all design aspects
• Professionalism regarding time, costs and deadlines

• Graphic designers will directly deal with the stakeholder Designers also have to work closely with other colleagues involved in projects, such as copywriters and other members of the team.
• The candidate should have an open mind to leverage cross function skills and vision to scale up learning toward UX | UI, motion graphics.
