Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

Experience in managing a team of designers Understand user needs through various research methodologies Design workflows and interaction flows based on user needs Prototype and test visual designs and interactions Produce wireframes, mock-ups and work with developers to have mock-ups turned into working software. Excellent problem-solving skills and familiarity with technical constraints and limitations as they apply to designing for platforms such as desktop and mobile, Android and iOS. Ability to synthesize user, technical and design requirements into highly usable applications. Design clean, maintainable, documented mockups Monitors work to ensure quality, and continuously promote Quality First Time.

Must Have Skills:

Minimum 10-12 years' experience in UX

Strong communication skill to articulate ideas and comprehend challenges Worked on client-side delivery Proficient with either Sketch and Adobe Suite. Excellent attention to detail, strong analytical, diagnostic, problem-solving and optimization skills. Understanding of responsive website design principals Fulltime Degree in Design (e.g., interaction, graphic, visual communications, product, industrial) or a related field

Good to Have:

Keen user interface/experience sensibility; able to clearly communicate design/feature ideas to a developer. * Experience with issue tracking systems such as Remedy or Jira.
