Lead US IT Recruiter / Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

to manage our remote recruiting team and drive successful hiring for clients across the US. If you have a strong background in

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of US IT recruiters to meet hiring targets. Handle full-cycle recruitment for

W2, C2C, 1099, and C2H

positions. Source candidates through

LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS (Ceipal/Oorwin)

, and other channels. Build and maintain relationships with

Tier-1 vendors, MSPs, and clients

. Monitor team KPIs, performance, and placements. Ensure compliance with US hiring policies and best practices.

Requirements

6+ years of US recruitment experience

, including

2+ years in a leadership role

. Strong expertise in technical and non-technical hiring for US clients. Proficiency with

Ceipal

, or similar ATS platforms. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proven experience managing and training a team of recruiters. Strong vendor connections are a plus.
